Information collected and purpose

When enabled, forms collect a name, email address, message, confirmation of being 18 or older and a consent record. Information is used only to review submissions and respond. Forms are not intended for anyone under 18. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

Retention and security

Submissions are stored in the server database accessible only to authorized administrators. The application removes submissions older than 12 months when receiving new submissions. The data controller must also maintain a deletion and backup policy. International hosting and transfer conditions must be reviewed before launch.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, objection to processing or withdrawal of consent using the verified contact above. The data controller must complete the applicable legal basis, recipients, transfer conditions and request procedure before publication.
